Integrations
Integrations bring measurements from meters, inverters, batteries, controllers, and manufacturer platforms into the SmartgridX device structure. Once the source is connected and mapped correctly, the same data becomes available to dashboards, device pages, alarms, reports, and public displays.
Choose the right connection route

An integration is more than a successful connection
Validate the resulting device hierarchy and measurements in SmartgridX Monitoring. A technically successful connection can still produce misleading dashboards when units, timestamps, meter direction, scaling, or asset relationships are incorrect.
Commissioning checklist
- Identify the manufacturer, exact model, firmware version, and number of devices.
- Decide whether data comes through SmartgridOne, a manufacturer cloud, an API, FTP, or another EMS.
- Verify credentials, network access, protocol settings, and required firewall rules.
- Confirm units, time zone, sample interval, sign convention, and the installation's device hierarchy.
- Compare live values with the local display or manufacturer portal.
- Review historical continuity and only then configure alarms, reports, or customer dashboards.
